Our Story
Tonderai Nzuwa is a highly accomplished pastor with a strong background in Christian faith, business, and community service. He received mentorship from his later father, Bishop Kennth Maboyi Nzuwa, who was an inspiration to his success story.
Nzuwa is widely recognised as a successful prominent business Billionaire in Zimbabwe. As the Founder member and Chief Executive Officer of Shineplus Holdings, he has also founded the KAM Nzuwa Family Trust, the Tonderai Nzuwa Foundation (TNF), and the Shineplus Housing Development Trust (SHDT).
Nzuwa is making a significant positive impact on Zimbabwe through various initiatives and projects.
Shineplus Housing Development Trust has developed over 600 stands in Chiredzi’s Shineplus Park Residential Estate, including infrastructure such as roads and water reticulation systems. The project was commissioned in phases, with Phase 1 featuring 560 low-density stands and 880 medium-density stands.
Community Development Projects
The Shineplus Park Residential Estate includes amenities such as schools, churches, and commercial stands, contributing to the area’s overall development. Nzuwa has also partnered with Chiredzi Town Council to construct roads and water trunklines.
Entrepreneurial Ventures
Shineplus has ventured into real estate development, creating job opportunities and fostering economic growth. Despite numerous challenges, Nzuwa’s work in affordable housing and community development has had a significant impact on Zimbabwe.
Nzuwa is actively involved in developing a state-of-the-art gated housing community in Harare, Haydon Mt Hapden. He is also actively involved in constructing private schools, churches, hospitals, and shopping malls to enhance the overall well-being of the community.
